Mystery shopping can be such a fun and easy way to make money, but more than that you can gain freebies and free meals out all for a trip to a supermarket, a restaurant or other retail establishment. Some tasks may involve you buying and item and others just asking you to write about the cleanliness, so I think is definitely worth trying out.
Now I have so many mystery shopping accounts open but I’ve had very little jobs however, I’ve heard when you do get one and you become reliable you’ll get asked to do more and more and some pay out really well, so many people have replaced their full time wage because of the money earned by mystery shopping sometimes it’s only freebies but others pay up to £30 a job and all it requires is a mobile phone and a good memory.
My small list of mystery shopping sites is here.
Grass roots mystery shopping – I have had jobs come through to me on these sites but its been inconvenient for me at the time so I was unable to accept but that particular job was offering £20 and travel fairs if used (need receipt to prove) and the shop was only 15 minutes away from my home and only asking me to ask staff 2 simple questions and check if a certain item was on display so £20 for doing next to nothing is totally worth it.
Shopper force or market force – I’ve not long set up an account with these and they are supposed to be one of the best. giving mystery shoppers e-mail notification when there are jobs available and letting you know when your payments are due. Pretty handy, however one flaw is they don’t pay very well from what I can tell is each job is about £5 with an average of a £10 reimbursement, however these jobs could be frequent so may make up for it in the amount of work you do get.
As I’ve said a full wage can be earned doing mystery shopping and the highest of wages in the UK go up to £60,000+ a year. But this is worked on a are people with expertise and experience in the field, they would have been doing this along time, however the average can earn round about £30,000 a year in this job, so defiantly worth the look-in. Me personally i’ve done two jobs in a little under a month and i got £35 between all of the sites i’m on but i’ve been offered about 12 jobs so if i took them all i’d have gotten a pretty nice sum of money.
